Pastor Brian Oaks, with wife, Heather, and three children

Brian Oaks is Christ Fellowship Church’s (CFC) pastor. He and his wife, Heather, planted Christ Fellowship in 2016 and have been tremendously blessed to see God’s work.

Brian was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He met Heather during his final semester at Auburn University. In a this-must-be-God-at-work story, he was preparing to enter the missions field and she had another year of school remaining. They continued to cross each other’s paths – even halfway across the world! Finally, they were married in the spring of 2001.

They moved to western North Carolina, where Brian worked in sales and eventually started his own business while Heather worked in education. After several years God called Brian out of the market place and into vocational ministry. He received his MDIV at Beeson Divinity in Birmingham, Alabama and has enjoyed multiple pastoral positions.

He and Heather have three children and live in Roswell. He firmly believes sandwiches are the greatest food item in the history of the world.
